NET: Kofax (KFX) is a pseudo-IPO of a technology rollup in the customer interaction and integration space isn’t super interesting. But it is coming fairly cheap on valuation. There will be limited analyst coverage given the lack of co-managers. If senior management can knit this set of businesses into a strategic player it could generate significant returns. Most of these scenarios don’t turn out that way. Still this might be one to watch.

Kofax is already listed on the LSE but is doing a NASDAQ listing led by Craig-Hallum. This is no blue chip but . . .
