XOOM, scheduled to price this week, looks like another IPO poised to do very well as a public company. The last one that looked this promising was ExOne (XONE) which priced above the range at $18 and quickly traded up to a high of $32. ExOne has benefited well from the hype around 3D printing. XOOM is a very different story (online payments) but has the key ingredients for a strong IPO. Our initial analysis includes a rough intrinsic valuation model that suggests a $45 stock price versus the current $13 to $15 filing range. There's no way to know how fast it may get there but market purchases below $20 look attractive.
